IDEAS

The acronym IDEAS — inclusion, diversity, equity, allyship, and storytelling — is the framework for all of our diversity and inclusion efforts across the globe and our core values underpin IDEAS to guide our inclusive, equitable decision-making — as an organization and as leaders and individual contributors.

At the heart of everything we do is a vision of a more equitable DXC powered by inclusion and diversity and sustained through allyship — the ways we show up for one another and our larger communities — and storytelling — meaning sharing our efforts so we lead the way of positive change for others — both internally and externally.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct applies equally to all DXC employees. The Code reflects our values and describes our company policies for appropriate business conduct.

Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) allow employees with similar experiences, characteristics or goals meet to share, collaborate, and help elevate their perspectives to the larger organization. We have over 20 ERGs across all of DXC, with representation in every region.

Our ERGs bring both global and regional events and celebrations to life, to help all of us increase our empathy for different perspectives by listening, participating, seeking to understand and acting at pace to build a more inclusive culture through allyship.
